We are seeking a skilled communicator to help us articulate the value of our multilingual immersion programs to current and prospective families. We need to bridge the gap between our academic outcomes and how we communicate those benefits to parents to drive enrollment and retention.

The volunteer will create:
1. A Concise Messaging Framework: A 'source of truth' document including a school narrative, core value propositions of multilingual immersion, and key talking points regarding student outcomes.
2. Enrollment Messaging Suite: 3-5 sample parent-facing templates (such as an inquiry response email, a program brochure outline, or a 'benefits of immersion' one-pager) for preschool to middle school.
Clearer, consistent messaging will help families understand the long-term educational value of immersion learning, increase parent confidence and engagement, and support enrollment stability and retention—advancing SGI’s mission to empower students through language and culture.
SGI can provide current website and marketing materials, parent communications, enrollment materials, academic performance data, and mission/program descriptions for volunteer review. Volunteers will collaborate with the school to refine messaging and agree on scope and timeline during interviews.
