We want to create a concise business development plan for our online training and coaching service. It may include target customers, value proposition, revenue model, go-to-market approaches, partnership opportunities, prioritized activities, and a short implementation roadmap.

A clear business development plan will help us grow a sustainable online training program so more companies can learn how to recruit, hire and retain a diverse group of employees and so people with disabilities and low incomes can access coaching and skills-building. Volunteers will directly support expanding access, economic opportunity, and participants' ability to realize their purpose and potential.

Our organization is developing the training and coaching service and will provide program context and existing materials to the volunteer. We will be available for regular meetings, share stakeholder priorities, and work with the volunteer to refine recommendations.
