About the Opportunity

Legacy Lane Collective needs help with the first step of our website development process gathering information, defining purpose, identifying target audiences, and establishing goals for a future website redesign. We need a volunteer to help us document what the site needs to accomplish, who it serves, what pages are required, and what features are essential before any design or development begins. The output will be a clear website brief that guides all future phases of the project.

A clearly defined website strategy will ensure Legacy Lane's future site accurately communicates our mission to seniors, adults with disabilities, donors, volunteers, and community partners across Northeast Arkansas. Without a solid foundation, defined purpose, clear goals, and target audience documentation any website built will miss the mark. This discovery phase directly supports Legacy Lane's long-term credibility with funders and community partners who evaluate our organizational presence online.

Legacy Lane has existing branding assets including our logo, color palette, and mission statement. We have active grant recognition from AARP and Walmart Spark Good and a growing community partner network. We will provide the volunteer with full access to our current website, organizational materials, and program documentation. The Executive Director will be available for weekly check-ins to answer questions and provide feedback throughout the project.
