A stakeholder interview plan including an interview question guide, a simple data-collection template, and a recommended method for synthesizing responses into SWOT themes. Specific stakeholder lists, interview counts, and scheduling details will be discussed with volunteers.

This work will help Bethany Community Ministries surface community needs and stakeholder perspectives so the strategic plan better strengthens food access/hunger relief, youth programming, and health advocacy. Volunteer contributions will ensure plans reflect Homewood voices and support delivering hope and tangible services.

We are in the strategic planning stage and will provide background context; details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to refine the guide, identify stakeholders, and produce a concise summary of findings and themes for the SWOT.
