We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us define a competency framework mapped to the provided job descriptions for Program Manager, Coordinator, Director, and Senior Director, and design a concise, agile performance management process focused on near-real-time feedback and development. Meetings with managers (arranged by us) will inform the outputs.

This project will strengthen MHAMD's staff capacity and clarity around expectations, enabling more development-focused reviews that support respectful, effective behavioral health advocacy. Volunteers will help create a system that helps staff grow, reduces role ambiguity, and advances a just, humane, and healthy society.

We will provide current job descriptions and arrange meetings with managers to provide input. Our team will be available for timely feedback and to share existing materials during volunteer interviews so the volunteer can produce a usable competency matrix and implementation guidance.
