Work with a volunteer to develop a clear operating budget for the organization, including revenue and expense categories, basic assumptions, and a usable monthly or annual spreadsheet. Specific timelines, formats, and financial details will be provided during volunteer interviews.
A structured operating budget will help Wayfinders sustain and plan screen-free nature programs, allocate resources for mindfulness and youth programming, and improve financial clarity so the organization can continue reconnecting people with themselves, each other, and the natural world.
We will collaborate with the volunteer through regular check-ins and share the information needed to build the budget; specifics will be provided during project kickoff. Our team will be responsive and committed to using the final budget for planning and decision-making.
