Organize outreach tracking, follow-up systems, and relationship-management workflows to centralize partnership communications and status. Help define a repeatable process for confirmations, materials collection, and partner coordination; specific tools and fields will be decided with volunteers.
By improving partnership workflows and follow-up, volunteers will help the festival better connect filmmakers, celebrities, nonprofits, and influencers to amplify purpose-driven media. This support strengthens programming coordination and audience engagement, advancing Miracle Makers’ mission to empower creators to make eternal impact.
The team has outreach materials, sponsorship decks, branding assets, and active conversations ready. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to document workflows, set up tracking, and train a small team on use; details will be provided during interviews so outcomes can be adopted by staff.
