Organize and improve sponsorship outreach systems and follow-up workflows and refine sponsorship communication materials and outreach strategy. Volunteer will map current processes, recommend workflow improvements, and draft or revise outreach messaging in collaboration with staff. Specifics will be provided.
Stronger sponsor communications and workflows will increase financial and promotional support, enabling Miracle Makers to expand public arts programming, community engagement, and creator support. Volunteers will directly help purpose-driven creators make greater, lasting impact through the festival.
The organization will provide existing sponsorship decks, outreach materials, branding assets, and access to active conversations. Staff will prioritize regular check-ins and share materials so volunteers can test and iterate workflows. Further details and timelines will be discussed during volunteer interviews.
