Fix remaining bugs in our Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM participant check-in workflows, create and refine dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to surface attendance and participation trends, and provide brief documentation or a short handoff. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Improving the check-in system and analytics will help our center reliably track who attends programs, better allocate resources, and more effectively engage the Penn Hills community. Volunteers will directly support our mission by strengthening operations that keep our safe space and programs accessible and responsive to local needs.

We completed a semester project with Carnegie Mellon IS students and can provide system access, a list of known bugs, and staff time for testing and feedback. Volunteers will collaborate with our team to prioritize items and review dashboards; specifics and timelines will be discussed during onboarding.
