CERTcuit is trying to setup and build out our CRM using Monday.com Workspace and CRM. Help us make the most out of our CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our CRM plan and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

We are a lean organization with a lean team and need a way to streamline our members, donors and community of supporters. This project will help us move our operations forward in a responsible way.

We have already selected a CRM (Monday.com) and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
