Graphic Designer — Build Brand Toolkit for Nonprofit Foundation Launch
We are looking for a graphic designer to build a practical, reusable brand toolkit our small team can use independently. Deliverables include:
• Brand style guide — colors, typography, logo usage rules, and tone guidance (PDF)
• 3–5 social media post templates for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• One-page sponsorship overview — clean, funder-ready layout
• Email newsletter header and footer template
• All templates delivered in editable Canva or Google Slides format so our team can update content going forward
Existing brand assets: teal (#3BBFB2), gold (#D4A017), gray (#8A8A8A) logo. A live landing page is available as a design reference at nestvy.com/foundation.
Estimated time: 15–20 hours over 6–8 weeks.
Without a consistent brand system, our materials look mismatched and undermine the credibility we have built through our charter, programs, and grant relationships. A polished, unified brand toolkit will:
• Strengthen our corporate sponsorship outreach — businesses want to partner with organizations that look established
• Support our grant writer with professional collateral that reinforces our funding proposals
• Build donor confidence in the Foundation as a credible, organized nonprofit
• Give our small team the tools to move fast without needing a designer for every piece of content
The seniors and families we serve deserve an organization that shows up professionally. This volunteer's work will be seen by every funder, partner, and donor we engage — and will directly support our ability to raise the money needed to serve our community.
• Logo files are available in PNG format and will be shared at kickoff
• Our live landing page (nestvy.com/foundation) serves as an established design reference — brand direction is clear
• Executive Sponsor Nicole Shih will be available for a single brand review session — one decision-maker, no design by committee
• I am the single point of contact — Elise Goodwin, PMP — for all feedback, scheduling, and approvals
• All feedback will be returned within 24 hours of submission
• Scope is defined and will not expand — if additional design needs arise after this engagement, we will open a new Taproot project
We have completed our project charter, launched our landing page, and are actively in the fundraising phase. This brand toolkit is the next defined milestone on our project board.
