We are looking for a social media strategist to help us build a sustainable outreach plan that boosts our visibility and supports our upcoming fundraising events. We want to move beyond ad-hoc posting to a professional, cohesive strategy that attracts funders, partners, and trainees.

The volunteer will deliver a Social Media Toolkit including:
- A local-focused social media strategy and messaging guide tailored to our mission in the trades.
- A content calendar and 12-15 'evergreen' post templates (captions and suggested visuals) that we can use year-round.
- Two specific campaign 'blueprints' for our major annual milestones: Give Your Share Day and our Annual Golf Tournament.
Volunteers will amplify our mission to train and mentor in the trades by raising awareness, attracting funders and local partners, and helping recruit trainees. Their work will increase support for hands-on learning and create more pathways to apprenticeship and employment for our participants.
Our team will collaborate to share event information, review and approve content, and provide timely feedback so volunteers can deliver consistent posts and engagement. We will work together to refine messaging and amplification.
