Refresh the website's visual design and user experience so it appears professional, crisp, and inviting. Deliverables include updated page templates or mockups, suggested navigation improvements, and guidance on supporting fundraising and event ticketing. Specifics will be discussed with volunteers.

A clearer, more professional website will help increase fundraising, sell event tickets, and spread vital information so LBLCA can better empower and connect individuals and communities in crisis with resources and opportunity networks. Volunteers will directly amplify this impact.

Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. The organization will collaborate closely with volunteers, make stakeholders available for feedback, and work to implement agreed changes. Volunteers will help define priorities and the technical approach.
