Create a practical recruitment package with recommended board, advisory committee, and volunteer structure; role descriptions for board, advisory, grant committee, fundraising volunteers, mentors, skilled trades advisors, and community ambassadors; a skills matrix; sample outreach messages; a simple onboarding checklist; and a 30/60/90-day recruitment action plan. Details will be provided.
This project will build the people infrastructure NCYDC needs to launch and grow workforce development, mentoring, restorative justice, job-readiness, and entrepreneurship programs for underserved youth in North St. Louis County. Volunteers’ expertise will expand capacity for fundraising, partnerships, program planning, and mentorship to create long-term opportunities for youth.
We have mission, target population, program model, phased launch plan, funding priorities, community impact goals, and draft outreach language ready. I will be the main point of contact, provide timely feedback, and work with the volunteer to finalize deliverables so our team can implement the results. Details will be provided.

NCYDC achieves this by fostering partnerships with local and national companies, schools, and community leaders. We aim to equip youth in North St. Louis County with the skills they need to succeed in careers, entrepreneurship, and further education. Our ultimate goal is to create economic opportunities and long-term stability through education, mentorship, and skills-based training
