Develop a facility search plan and site-readiness package including a building needs checklist, ideal location criteria for North St. Louis County, property-type options, an outreach tracker template, questions for owners/brokers/partners, a draft outreach message, a basic site-readiness checklist, and funder messaging recommendations. Details will be provided.

Completing this plan will move NCYDC closer to securing a safe, accessible space where underserved youth (11–24) can access career pathways, mentoring, job readiness, trades exposure, and community education. Volunteer support will accelerate partnership building and program delivery that create long-term opportunities for local youth.

We have our mission, target population, program model, phased launch plan, program priorities, and early facility ideas ready to share. Staff leadership will join meetings, review drafts, and use the final package to guide outreach to property owners, municipalities, and funders.
