Create a grant readiness package that includes a grant opportunity tracker, a vetted list of foundation, corporate, and government prospects, recommended priority grants with brief rationale, reusable application language, a simple submission timeline, an inventory of missing documents, and recommendations for organizing grant materials.

This work will help secure funding to launch and grow career exploration, workforce development, mentoring, and job-readiness programs for underserved youth in North St. Louis County. Volunteers will support stronger pathways to education, employment, and long-term economic stability for youth ages 11–24.

We have compiled our mission, target population, program descriptions, funding priorities, phased program model, draft grant language, and early opportunities for the volunteer to review. We will provide these materials, answer questions, and collaborate to finalize priorities and templates.
