Cartoon illustrations addressing ageism

Create 5–6 simple, reusable cartoon-style illustrations that depict ageist situations (for example: clinical visits, a hospital room, a retail interaction, a meeting). Illustrations should be adaptable for pairing with captions and use in educational materials. Specific scenarios and style preferences will be provided and discussed with the volunteer.
These illustrations will help people recognize and respond to ageist treatment, supporting our mission to bring connection, purpose, and wellbeing to older adults and their families. Volunteers’ artwork will be used in teaching materials to promote respectful interactions and reduce harm.
Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. We can share example situations and caption ideas, and a single project contact will be available to review sketches and give timely feedback so the illustrations can be finalized and used in our materials.
