A practical fundraising plan and guidance to expand revenue beyond grants, focused on major gift cultivation and corporate partnership strategies. The volunteer will help map a donor pipeline, recommend stewardship approaches, propose timelines and measurable goals, and collaborate with staff to tailor next steps. Details will be discussed in interviews.
Diversifying revenue will enable CPS to sustain and expand scientific research, product testing, advocacy, and education that improve the survivability, health, and safety of companion animals. Volunteers will help secure sustainable funding that directly supports pets and the consumers who care for them.
Details will be provided. We will work with the volunteer to share relevant materials and schedule regular check-ins. We are committed to collaborating on implementation and will provide context and feedback throughout the engagement.
