A concise website guide for affiliates that defines page-by-page best practices and standardized language, plus clear recommendations for how affiliates can personalize content while maintaining consistency. Volunteers can help create checklists, example wording, and optional templates; brand book and messaging guide will be provided.
A clear, standardized website guide will help affiliates present consistent, welcoming information so families and partners can easily find and understand summer learning opportunities. This supports our mission by strengthening partnerships and improving equitable access to out-of-school learning.
We completed an audit of affiliate sites and will share the audit report and example pages with volunteers. Staff will be available to review drafts, give feedback, and support rollout to affiliates. Further specifics and timelines will be provided during volunteer interviews.
