Streamline Volunteer Recruitment and Onboarding Workflows

Our organization is seeking a skilled volunteer to design and document an enhanced volunteer recruitment and onboarding workflow. This project aims to improve our organizational coordination and ensure a professional, efficient experience for our incoming volunteers.

The volunteer will:
- Audit our current volunteer recruitment and onboarding steps.
- Design a streamlined workflow that identifies key touchpoints, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Create a final deliverable such as a Volunteer Onboarding Playbook or a documented Process Map.
- Work with our HR Director and TA Manager to ensure the new process aligns with our organizational culture.

By optimizing these workflows, we will be able to scale our impact by bringing on more dedicated volunteers efficiently, allowing us to focus more resources on our core mission programs.
