Brand Refresh & Style Guide Development

We have a mission and early visual identity, but our current brand no longer fully reflects the level of trust, warmth, and professionalism we need as we grow. We’re seeking a skilled volunteer to help refine our visual direction and create a practical brand style guide we can use across digital, print, donor, partner, and volunteer communications.

This project should include:

-Review of current logo, colors, fonts, and materials
-Refined color palette and typography recommendations
-Logo usage guidance
-Canva-friendly design direction
-Tone and voice guidelines
-Examples for social media, donor appeals, partner outreach, and event materials
-Clear rules so board members and volunteers can keep the brand consistent

Sparkle of Hope Cleaning Foundation provides free residential cleaning services and mental health resources to people in the Kansas City metro area experiencing depressive episodes. Our brand needs to communicate dignity, compassion, hope, and credibility so people feel safe asking for help and donors feel confident supporting us.

A stronger brand will help us reach more people in need, build trust with community partners, improve fundraising materials, and create a consistent public presence as we grow. This project will directly support our ability to serve more individuals who are overwhelmed by their living environment and need practical, compassionate support.

We will provide our current logo files, brand colors, past Canva designs, website/social media examples, audience descriptions, and examples of brands we admire. We are prepared to give clear feedback and make decisions quickly so the volunteer’s time is respected. The completed guide will be used immediately by our founder, board members, and volunteers across Canva, social media, fundraising campaigns, event materials, and partner outreach.
