An actionable 8–12 week marketing plan to expand the Florida volunteer program, including campaign strategy, recommended paid-ad approaches (budget details will be provided), partner activation ideas, earned-media outreach templates for radio/podcasts/news, a content calendar outline, and basic metrics to track.
This plan will grow volunteer capacity across Florida, helping trusted local institutions and community partners engage people in climate mitigation, resilience, and restoration. Volunteer support will expand reach into new local media and communities, strengthening grassroots climate action and advocacy.
We have a small grant and a network of partners to tap into; details will be provided. Volunteers will collaborate with our team to refine audiences, draft outreach materials, and recommend ad allocation so the plan is ready to launch through partner channels and paid placements.

Each program is guided by a leadership council of organizational and thought leaders, and supported by tailored resources, research, training, forums, and ongoing activation through strategic communications, activation opportunities, leadership roundtables, and national convenings. Our work empowers local and national leadership with evidence-based tools, amplifies community voices, and builds public support for meaningful climate action. Our flagship programs include: - Climate for Health, representing 52 prominent health leaders and 46 partner organizations, collectively serving over 60 million Americans. - Blessed Tomorrow, mobilizing 42 faith denominations, 118,000 congregations, and more than 65 million congregants to integrate climate into spiritual practice. - Path to Positive Communities, empowering leaders in 19,000+ communities with tools and training to address local climate challenges and opportunities.
