We are looking for a skilled HR or Recruitment professional to help us find the perfect volunteer host for our survivor-centered talk show. This host will be the face and voice of our platform, facilitating healing and empowering conversations.

The volunteer will create a comprehensive recruitment toolkit, including:
- A candidate profile and concise role description.
- Recommended outreach channels (social media, industry groups, etc.).
- Sample job postings and outreach templates.
- A screening and interview guide with an evaluation rubric.
- A basic onboarding checklist for the selected host.
Impact: Finding a host who embodies our values is critical to our mission of providing a safe, survivor-led space for storytelling. The right host will help us reach a wider audience, provide better support to our guests, and amplify survivors' voices globally.
Success: We will provide the volunteer with our show's mission statement, descriptions of the show's format and concept, and access to the team for feedback. We expect to meet for 30-60 minutes weekly to review progress and refine the strategy.
Flexible scheduling and fully remote engagement for 4 to 12 weeks.
