A curated collection of research and evidence nonprofits can cite when seeking funding for volunteer coordinators, volunteer management systems, or volunteer training programs. This will include approximately 10–20 annotated sources and a concise synthesis of key insights (approximately 2–3 pages). Specific format can be discussed with the volunteer.

This research will help nonprofits make stronger cases for funding volunteer capacity, enabling hiring, systems, and training that increase volunteer impact. Volunteers will help advance Inspiring Service's goal of empowering organizations to strengthen communities and create social change.

We will share target audiences and any existing advocacy materials and collaborate with the volunteer to refine scope. Staff will review and approve findings so sources can be used in fundraising or program proposals.
