A Coach’s Handbook containing a standardized digital Coach Intake & Matching form to record coach expertise and availability; a 1‑Hour Session blueprint with a 15-minute icebreaker, 30-minute deep dive, and 15-minute action plan; a one-page Bronx/NYC career resource sheet; and a 3-question post-session feedback survey. Details will be provided during interviews.
This handbook will create consistent, high-impact coaching across the 10-week initiative, connect participants to curated Bronx and NYC resources, and generate feedback to improve services. Volunteers will help strengthen community connectivity and ensure Bronx families are informed and supported.
We will collaborate with the volunteer over a 4–6 week timeline and provide program context and timelines; specifics will be provided during interviews. The handbook will be integrated into the upcoming 10-week Career Coaching initiative and used by staff to guide coach sessions and gather participant feedback.
