Prepare and lead a four-hour, in-person visioning and strategy session in DC on a weekend in May. Deliverables include a pre-session planning call, a participant-focused agenda and facilitation materials, live facilitation of the 4-hour session, and a brief post-session summary of outcomes and suggested next steps.

This facilitated session will help Electrify DC define strategic priorities for the next 3–5 years, surface partnerships and technological and policy opportunities, and create a clear roadmap to scale programs—supporting the mission to make it easier, faster and more affordable to decarbonize all DC region homes.

The board will collaborate with the volunteer to schedule the May weekend, participate in a short planning call, and provide organizational context and any existing materials. Details about participants, venue, and logistics will be provided during interviews to ensure a productive session.
