Work with our team to create a practical event plan and timeline to launch a fundraising event featuring live bands/artists and a silent auction. Deliverables include a task timeline, vendor/artist outreach checklist, volunteer role outline, a sample budget template, and suggested fundraising/ticketing options. Details will be provided.

This event will raise funds and community awareness to help transition abandoned senior dogs into loving, healing forever homes and strengthen connections between the dogs and communities in need. Volunteer planning will directly enable fundraising, engagement, and the operational capacity to support our rescue mission.

Our board and staff will collaborate with the volunteer, participate in regular check-ins, and share organizational background and materials. We lack event experience and will rely on the volunteer to co-create the timeline, role assignments, and next steps; specifics will be defined during kickoff and interviews.
