Compose and submit grant applications to local and national funders to raise revenue for ITNLehighValley's operations, hiring additional drivers, and marketing. The volunteer will draft proposals and supporting narratives; specifics like target funders, budgets, and deadlines will be provided during interviews.

We already have a list of 3-5 foundations that we need to submit to. We also have previous year’s submissions that have been successful. So we basically just need someone to pull together these grant submissions updated with current information that will be provided to the volunteer.

Winning grants will help sustain and expand our community-based transportation service, enabling more drivers to be hired, increasing outreach, and preserving access to medical appointments, groceries, and essential errands for seniors and visually impaired adults.

ITNLehighValley staff will work with the volunteer to share organizational background, program needs, and any existing materials, review drafts, and coordinate submissions so proposals align with our priorities.
