I'd like support creating a clear and inspiring strategic plan. My board, steering committee, and I have several fantastic ideas but we need a clear plan for implementation rooted in impact.

Deliverable: 3-Year Strategic Plan
The impact of The Imagine Project is life changing, yet we are unable to clearly articulate our impacts or the services we can offer an organization because we don't have clear service offerings. We want to move from "I've heard about that journaling thing" to "my class writes Imagine Stories each month and I feel more confident in my understanding of what motivates and challenges my students, and they are so much more connected and happy together."

This project will help us organize our fantastic ideas so that we can increase our impact and contribute towards creating more connected and empathetic communities that heal trauma together.
I am prepared to lead this project with close guidance and support from my board president, who is also the founder of the nonprofit. All board and steering committee members have agreed that we have a need for a strategic plan, and they are prepared to review and provide feedback. Additionally, I am meeting with each board and steering committee member individually over the next month to understand their dreams for the organization, and how they want to contribute so that I can understand what my volunteer resources are to ensure the strategic plan is realistic.
