Revise last year’s volunteer survey template for the 5/22–5/31/2026 medical mission, adapt questions for this trip, build the survey in an agreed platform, draft the email invitation and distribution schedule, and provide a responses spreadsheet for review.

Gathering volunteer feedback will help Sight for Life improve volunteer experience, surgical workflows, community outreach, and training for local providers. Volunteer insights will directly support higher-quality, more sustainable eye care delivery on St. Vincent and strengthen future missions.

We will share last year’s template, the mission dates, and the intended send window. During volunteer interviews we will finalize questions, confirm distribution channel and provide any contact details. The team plans to review results promptly so findings can inform future mission planning.
