Gift Shop Vendor Sourcing Strategy and Launch Plan

We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us create a practical vendor sourcing strategy and concise action plan to launch a gift shop as a fundraising channel. This will include recommended sourcing channels, vendor evaluation criteria, basic negotiation tips, and prioritized next steps.

This project will create a sustainable revenue stream to support the Faisal Foundation's work funding life-saving medical care for infants with cleft and craniofacial conditions. Strong vendor sourcing will help increase funds for surgeries and complementary child development partnerships in underserved communities.

Through this project, your support will allow us to recruit the right team for long-term that would be able to scale our mission and vision and be able to reach successful outcomes in bridging the gap of cleft care. In addition, your support would be a lasting legacy footprint, because we value each volunteer that took on one of our projects to help support our efforts, we believe you deserve the "kudos" too. We will share background on our mission, fundraising goals, desired product types, and any existing contacts so the volunteer can tailor recommendations. Details and materials will be provided during interviews, and we welcome collaborative, iterative planning with the volunteer.
