A volunteer will review our most recent fiscal year's books, reconcile bank statements and PayPal activity (via Xero), and produce a Financial Assessment that outlines a prioritized cleanup roadmap and steps to transfer reconciled data into QuickBooks Online. Specifics will be discussed with volunteers.

Accurate, reconciled books and a clear cleanup roadmap will strengthen financial transparency, improve resource allocation for events and philanthropic efforts, and make it easier to engage for-profit partners and donors—helping the organization advance its mission.

We have identified the fiscal year to focus on. Details will be provided; we will collaborate with the volunteer to share files, agree on a timeline and checkpoints, and ensure the cleanup plan is actionable for our staff to implement after the engagement.
