I want to be able to answer the question on a grant application - who else is doing work like this in your community? What makes you unique? Why are you different/why was it important that the nonprofit was created and filled a needed gap in services. During this project, you will conduct a competitive analysis for our nonprofit, identifying who else is in our ecosystem and what sets us apart.

It is important to know what the market looks like and how you are different - for grant applications, for the board, to develop an elevator speech etc.

I will help gather materials, provide you whatever documentation or resources you need, answer questions on a timely fashion.
