We'd like to partner with a skilled volunteer who can help our team review our current website and deliver a clearer, more logical navigation structure, an updated sitemap, and prioritized recommendations or simple wireframes to improve usability.

Improving the site's navigation will help Pony Box Dance Theatre more effectively share its mission, programs, and performances so community members can find information, engage with offerings, and support our dance programs across both coasts.

We will share the live site, describe key audiences and goals, and be available for regular check-ins so recommendations can be implemented and tested with staff feedback.
