Creshendo is seeking a strategic partnerships advisor to help us design a clear, actionable approach to building corporate partnerships.

We are a global, volunteer-led nonprofit working with migrants and refugees across storytelling, integration, and economic mobility. As we grow, we want to develop partnerships with aligned companies that can support our work through funding, visibility, and collaboration.

Over a 6–8 week engagement, the volunteer will help us:
• Define a corporate partnerships strategy aligned with our mission and programs
• Identify target sectors such as consumer brands, technology, and mission-aligned companies
• Build a structured outreach pipeline and prioritization framework
• Develop messaging and positioning for partnership conversations
• Create templates for outreach, partnership decks, and follow-up
• Recommend a realistic approach to securing and growing partnerships over time

This project focuses on building the strategy, tools, and systems our team can use to pursue partnerships independently. Experience in nonprofit partnerships, corporate social impact, or cause-based partnerships is strongly preferred.
Creshendo works to support migrants and refugees in shaping their own futures. Strategic partnerships are a key pathway to scaling this work sustainably.

By helping us build a clear and focused partnerships strategy, you will enable us to engage aligned companies, expand our reach, and strengthen the long-term sustainability of our programs.
You will work with our Executive Director and Development team. We will provide:
• Background on our programs and current partnerships
• Existing materials and early partnership ideas
• Access to team members for context and collaboration

We are organized, responsive, and ready to implement. We are looking for someone who can translate experience into practical, usable tools.
