We need a volunteer to design a professional letterhead for our nonprofit and a matching return-address stamp graphic suitable for envelope use. Details such as the exact address, logo, and brand colors will be provided. Final deliverables and file formats (print-ready and stamp-sized options) can be agreed with the volunteer.

Our old letterhead is no longer usable as we changed our logo. Branded letterhead and a return-address stamp will strengthen Uptown Stories' external communications, building trust with families, partners, and donors. Clear, professional stationery will support outreach for our pay-what-you-can writing workshops and help invite more young authors into our community.

Details will be provided and staff will be available for regular feedback and approvals. We will share the return address text and any existing brand assets during kickoff and commit to timely review so the volunteer can finalize print-ready files. We'd love your advice on where to print the letterhead and stamp too.

At Uptown Stories, we believe that writing is an essential tool for self-expression, critical thinking, and academic success. Based in upper Manhattan, we offer small-group writing workshops for children ages eight to fifteen, led by master teachers and professional authors. To ensure our workshops are accessible to all children, tuition is pay-what-you-can. Whether your child is a struggling writer or an aspiring novelist, Uptown Stories creates an exciting, challenging, and supportive community in which your young author thrives.
