A comprehensive project roadmap that translates existing campaign goals into milestones and deadlines; a configured project management workspace with categorized tasks, timelines, and suggested assignments; and a basic volunteer onboarding and task-tracking workflow. Specific details will be provided during interviews.

This project will build the operational foundation for an NYC awareness campaign that promotes living organ donation, partial liver donation, bone marrow registration, and blood donation. Volunteers will help streamline execution so outreach can more effectively encourage donor consideration.

Campaign goals and mission are defined and the Founder will work directly with the volunteer. We will provide campaign context and priorities; volunteers will help refine timelines, assign responsibilities, and produce an implementable plan. Details will be provided.
