We would like to work with a volunteer to audit our current G-Suite CRM and identify ways to use it more effectively to meet our needs, including potential integrations with other tools we use. The project will last 2-12 week timeframe, with an average of 2-5 hrs/week of work from the volunteer.
I am currently using G suite for CRM and exploring the use of Zoho or Hubspot ! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.
We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.

Organization Mission

Saamarthya Foundation's mission is to make this world more just, equitable, and inclusive for all persons, irrespective of their abilities. Saamarthya is dedicated to creating innovative public awareness campaigns, providing evidence-based professional development and advocacy resources to persons with disabilities, their families, and professionals who work with them. Our mission is aligned with the UN SDG Goal 4 “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all” (https://sdgs.un.org/goals/goal4). Saamarthya exists primarily to provide high-quality support and services to children with disabilities (with IDD and ASD, in particular) and their families. This means providing direct intervention services and group activities to children, individual counseling support, and group training to families. We believe that every child with a disability deserves a childhood full of joy, learning, and belonging. We believe in rights-based education for children with disabilities and that inclusion is the birthright of every child. Our comprehensive three-fold approach—awareness, advocacy, and action—is designed to support individuals with disabilities, their families, and the professionals who work with them
