2025 Impact Report Assistance & Communications Plan

Our nonprofit needs support crafting a templated communications plan for our impact report. We hope to use this framework for future years to raise awareness about the work we're doing and raise more funds.

We need your expertise to communicate big moments for our nonprofit clearly, concisely, and consistently. We are looking for a skilled communications professional to:
- Refine our impact report template, format, and content for 2025.
- Provide guidance on brand alignment across our campaigns and projects.
- Outline a communications plan template for sharing our impact report and having it lead to further funding.
- The templated communications plan should take into account our current marketing tools and lack of staff availability to ensure it's maintainable in the long term.

This project should take from 12-24 hours to complete. We're hopeful that our volunteer partner will share 2-5 hours of their time per week.

This project is essential to raising awareness about how Peerbots mission and success in enabling people to take control and share their expertise through social robots, whether it's building, controlling, or reviewing social robot interactions.

We have an initial 2025 impact report template and content in Affinity. We want help refining this template and providing guidance from what you've seen succeed in other impact reports.
