Develop a concise, actionable 4-week outreach and sponsorship plan, a prioritized list of sponsor/donor target types, sample outreach emails and donor messages, and practical guidance for email, LinkedIn, and community-based outreach. Include brief guidance on using the Legacy Matriarch recognition as an engagement/fundraising touch. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews.
This strategy will help secure funding and partnerships that enable culturally grounded healing, connection, and intergenerational resilience for Black women and families through the Mother Daughter Legacy Tea. Volunteers will directly support programming, recognition of matriarchs, and deeper community engagement.
We have foundational brand direction, audience focus, and core messaging ready; details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to refine targets and messaging so the final materials are simple, implementable, and ready for immediate use in sponsorship, donor outreach, and event activation.
