Configure Acuity Scheduling with the organization's service types, durations, and booking rules; connect and configure Square to accept required pre-payments and post-service payments; test booking and payment flows and embed the booking widget on the website. Specific service details and account access will be provided.

Simplifying online booking and secure payments will increase access to our demonstrations and instructional services, helping more community members learn lifestyle modifications that prevent, treat, and reverse chronic conditions. Volunteers’ work will directly improve program reach and participant experience.

Details, service lists, and account access will be provided during volunteer interviews. The volunteer will collaborate with our team to test workflows, adjust settings based on feedback, and deliver clear setup documentation so staff can maintain the integration after the project.
