A short series of one-on-one mentoring sessions to help the volunteer locate familiar tools in the new Photoshop environment, explain how new features relate to the old Photoshop Elements workflow, and provide guided, hands-on practice so the volunteer can create visuals for the Foundation. A brief reference cheat-sheet to map old tools to the new UI to discuss with the volunteer.
Stronger Photoshop skills will allow the volunteer to produce more compelling visuals and resources that support the Bully No More Foundation's arts-based education. By improving design capacity, volunteers help create materials that foster empathy and safe, inclusive conversations in schools, classrooms, and family settings—directly supporting the Foundation's mission.
The volunteer has prior experience with Photoshop Elements and will provide sample files, screenshots of their old workflow, and specific questions. They are ready to schedule regular sessions, practice between meetings, and share details during interviews so the mentor can tailor sessions to their needs. Details will be provided.
