We are looking for a volunteer skilled in board leadership and development to work with our existing board of directors and Founder/Executive Director to recreate a board recruitment, onboarding, retention, and development plan.

We need help creating a package, policies, documentation, etc. for our existing board and for anyone we bring in new. We desire to recruit and retain good and effective members for where we intend to go with the organization.

We do have some forms and documentation currently as a springboard for this project. I'd like to identify gaps in what we have and create what we need to develop a healthy and effective board of directors. An expert in this area will be SO helpful to us, AND we are ready for our next levels!

Our organization is primed and ready to make this important investment. We are hoping that our volunteer can meet with our Founder/Executive Director for an intial meeting and then determine how to create the documentation and policies we will need as we look at when to recruit new board members.
