Develop an M&E framework and three evaluation surveys (baseline, midline, endline) focused on health, wellbeing, agency and empowerment for a school for marginalised girls in Thailand.
Refine and provide recommendations on existing draft questions, provide guidance on gathering the data and administering the surveys, and creating a simple scoring/analysis template. Support with the analysis later down the line would also be appreciated but not essential.
You'll be supporting an incredible school working to provide a safe home and quality education for marginalised girls in Thailand. The school is extremely well run and has won multiple awards, and is a member of Michelle Obama's Girls Opportunity Alliance. We are now working to demonstrate this through accurate, meaningful data.

Your help with this project will enable us to track changes in students' health, wellbeing, and sense of agency across the year, helping improve our programmes and demonstrate outcomes to funders, thereby helping us raise more money to support the school.
We have drafted some possible questions and a target timeline and will share these with the volunteer. We will collaborate closely, provide existing materials, and be available for regular check-ins so the volunteer can finish usable instruments and analysis templates by mid-May. We also have buy-in from the School Director to conduct the surveys and gather data on student's experience at the school. Further details will be provided over a call.
