Graphic Design: Annual Impact Report

Our team is looking for a volunteer to help us design and format an annual impact report that communicates our impact to donors and people in our community that include alumni, current families, and sponsorship partners. Ideally, we would like to hold 3-4 meetings over 2-3 weeks. In our first session, we will share the key metrics and information we want to highlight in the report, present a look at what has been done previously, and brainstorm the things we want to keep or change with a new design. In our second session, we hope to review a first draft of the preliminary design together and provide feedback. At the third meeting we can review the second draft and if needed, provide more feedback and hold an additional session. At the end of the project, we hope to have a digital file of an annual report that is editable and ready for printing/online publishing.

A meaningful, well-designed impact report has the power to demonstrate the effectiveness of our programs and the impact that they have on the lives of the children, patients, and families we serve. You can help drive our efforts to engage donors and thus help sustain crucial programs that support early education, specialized therapy, and audiology care for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children and adults.

We can share our logo, branding guidelines, and previous examples with our volunteer. We can also provide copy, impact data, and images we'd like to highlight in our report.
