Our organization is looking to maximize the way we collect and analyze impact data to better demonstrate our value to stakeholders and position ourselves to secure capacity-building revenue! Our programs include: inclusive monthly meetups, Parent Ambassador meetups, Sibshops, and Grounds for Support.

We're in search of a volunteer to help us optimize our impact data infrastructure by recommending improvements to our current data collection processes across our organization and developing a data tool to visualize key data insights.

This project will include the following potential tasks:

-Conduct an audit of our current data collection processes and the type of data points currently collected
-Recommend enhancements to our data collection processes to ensure we're capturing the most relevant data to demonstrate our program impact
-Develop a data visualization tool that allows our organization to track our key performance indicators (KPIs), identify program trends, and pull key impact insights

By optimizing our infrastructure for collecting and analyzing impact data, we'll be better equipped to further improve our ability to demonstrate our value to potential funders and secure empowering financial resources.
A practical measurement framework will help Embrace Abilities demonstrate outcomes to funders and strengthen grant proposals, enabling sustained free, inclusive programming that helps neurodiverse children and families on the Mississippi Gulf Coast build social skills, connections, and support. Volunteers will directly amplify this mission.
We are a parent-led, grassroots team ready to collaborate and share program descriptions and lived-experience context. Volunteers will work with program leaders/parents in short collaborative sessions to define indicators, pilot simple tools, and transfer skills.

Organization Mission

Embrace Abilities is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and supporting neurodiverse children and their families along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We provide a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children with varying abilities can thrive socially, emotionally, and developmentally. Our mission is to bridge the gap in community resources by offering accessible, family-centered events that promote meaningful connections and the development of social skills in a judgment-free space. Together, we are building a community that embraces abilities, celebrates differences, and creates lifelong bonds, ensuring that no family has to navigate the journey alone.
