A web-based Transparency Dashboard that visualizes KoboToolbox distribution data as an aggregated heat map of distribution density, includes a de-identified gallery of field photos, and implements a secure, tiered-access portal for reviewing anonymized distribution records. Specifics of access levels and anonymization methods will be discussed with volunteers.

The dashboard will increase transparency and stakeholder trust while protecting beneficiary privacy, enabling verification of aid delivery to 3,000 vulnerable families. This supports the mission by helping to educate and empower marginalized communities, strengthen community-based systems, and sustain post-flood recovery and development.

We can provide the KoboToolbox dataset (GPS, photos, digital receipts) and documentation for volunteer review. Volunteers will collaborate with our team to define access tiers, anonymization rules, and deployment approach. Details about data formats, security requirements, and timelines will be provided during our work together.
