Create a clear, editable organizational chart for LGBT Voice Tanzania that maps current roles and reporting lines with a simple visual layout and concise role labels. Specific staff and program details will be provided during volunteer interviews.

A clear organizational chart will strengthen LGBT Voice Tanzania's internal capacity and transparency, enabling more effective coordination of programs that advance the rights and well-being of LGBT communities in Tanzania and helping attract supporters and partners.

The organization will collaborate with the volunteer, share current role and program information, and provide timely feedback on drafts so the chart can be finalized and adopted.
