We are seeking a volunteer to help design a pilot version of our Youth Relocation and Reset Initiative serving youth and at-risk youth ages 5 to 25.

This program focuses on temporarily removing youth from high-risk environments and placing them into structured, supportive settings.

It includes:
• Mentorship
• Life skills
• Mental health support
• Education
• Workforce readiness

A key component includes structured trips such as:
• College visits
• Career exposure
• Leadership retreats
• Out-of-town experiences
The goal is to transform our current program vision into fully developed, professional, and fundable program models that can be used for grant applications, partnerships, program launch, and long-term sustainability.
Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will directly support our mission to serve youth and at-risk youth by helping us build structured, high-quality programs that address housing instability, trauma, violence, lack of opportunity, and long-term self-sufficiency.

This project will allow us to move from vision to execution by creating programs that are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with funding priorities.

The completed program structures will enable us to:
• Provide consistent and impactful services to youth and at-risk youth
• Deliver structured programming that promotes healing, growth, and success
• Offer trips and exposure opportunities that expand mindset and future possibilities
• Strengthen our ability to secure funding and partnerships
• Scale our organization and serve more youth and at-risk youth over time

This work will directly impact the lives of youth and at-risk youth by creating real pathways to stability, opportunity, and long-term success.
My team and I have already developed a clear vision, program concepts, and service areas for youth and at-risk youth. We have identified the needs in our community and understand the structure we want to build, but we are seeking expert support to fully formalize and organize these programs into professional, implementation-ready models.

We have existing materials, outlines, and ideas prepared and are ready to collaborate closely with a volunteer to expand and refine them.

We are committed to consistent communication, providing feedback, and implementing the final deliverables. Our organization is actively pursuing funding and partnerships, so the completed programs will be used immediately for grant applications and program launch.
