Recommend a CRM, Data Tracking, and Program Management System for At-Risk Youth

We are seeking a volunteer to assess our organization’s needs and recommend a CRM system to track youth and at-risk youth participation, program outcomes, and donor data.

Deliverable:
• CRM recommendation
• Data structure plan

Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will directly support our mission to serve youth and at-risk youth by helping us build a system that tracks impact, improves service delivery, and strengthens accountability.

This system will allow us to:
• Track the progress and outcomes of youth and at-risk youth
• Measure the effectiveness of our programs
• Improve the quality and consistency of services
• Provide accurate data to funders, partners, and stakeholders
• Strengthen our ability to secure and manage funding

By having a structured CRM and data tracking system, we will be able to scale our programs, increase efficiency, and demonstrate real, measurable impact in the lives of youth and at-risk youth.

My team and I have already identified our core programs, services, and target population of youth and at-risk youth. We have a clear understanding of what data we need to track, including participant information, program engagement, services provided, and outcomes.

We currently use basic tools and are ready to transition into a more structured system that improves organization and reporting.

We are prepared to provide all necessary details, participate in regular check-ins, and test the system throughout the process. We are committed to implementing and consistently using the final system once it is developed.

This project is a priority for our organization as we prepare for funding opportunities that require clear data tracking and reporting.
